Vous trouverez ces voitures dans la rue, dans les commissariats (sur les parkings non-surveillés).
Ces sous-missions sont sans fin : après avoir terminé les 20 missions, il est possible de continuer les missions de police.

- Les mission de police sont disponibles après avoir terminé la mission "Crime and punishement" de Brucie
- Pour lancer une mission de police, il vous faut trouver une voiture de police et appuyer sur le bouton qui permet d'utiliser l'ordinateur de bord.
• Objectifs :
Faire les 20 missions dans nimporte quelle zone de Liberty City (il n'est pas obligatoire de les faires à la suite).
• Échec de la mission :
- Si vous mourrez.
- Si vous restez plus de 30 secondes hors d'une voiture de police dans la zone cible.
- Si l'ennemi s'échappe.
